Anyone who tolerates gluten can use conventional oatmeal. Oatmeal per se is low in gluten and therefore very well tolerated. However, if you suffer from celiac disease, you should follow the recipe and use gluten-free oatmeal.

This way the baguettes stay fresh for a long time

So that you can enjoy your home-baked bread for as long as possible, you should store the baguette as best as possible. The loaf should be kept at room temperature (18 to 22 degrees). In the refrigerator, the baked goods lose moisture and taste stale after a short time. In order to avoid mold formation, you should store the baguette in an airtight manner. A clay or ceramic bread pan works best. Incidentally, the remaining bread sticks can be frozen wonderfully – so you can enjoy delicious baguettes at any time.
